ENTRY FEE: Please pay your non-refundable $10USD entry fee into the PayPal account for phuctran7000@gmail.com - this helps to offset the shipping to all seven tracks or the return of your car if it doesn't qualify. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR CAR NUMBER WITH YOUR PAYMENT. AND WHEN YOU SEND YOUR CAR INCLUDE YOUR DRIVER NAME, TEAM NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS Cars will travel to each of the seven tracks with the total series taking approx seven months to be completed. Vehicle Rules: 1. All vehicles must be based on real cars, or at least look like a real car that could exist, no fantasy cars or tooned style cars 2. Modified vehicles only – these can be wheel swapped, added weight – to a max of 50g (this allows for them to run on all tracks without risk of damaging them), dry lubricant only, must be custom painted (you don’t have to be brilliant at painting, but something clearly different to stock) and have the number applied to the doors and roof. If you aren’t comfortable modifying your wheels etc, it requires at least a new paint job – this can be done with a brush if you aren’t taking the car apart, in fact I’ve seen some cool paint jobs done with nail polish and the nail polish brush so you don’t need a big $ or time investment 3. No decorations that are controversial (rebel flag, swastika etc) 4. No items to be added to the outside of the vehicle that may cause damage to anyone’s track – dangerous splitters, wings, weapons etc. 5. Car must be able to run in a standard orange track - even though all tracks involved will have at least a part open/fat track section 6. Ideally castings that are based on American vehicles, so that we have a familiar feel to the types of cars racing. Cars are open to cars or trucks (think El Camino, C10’s, F100’s, 3100’s etc not dump trucks, tow trucks etc) 7. No real riders as they will struggle to run on most tracks 8. If your vehicle has an open cockpit (convertible/T-tops) then it must have a driver figure included 9. At the end of the tournament, the driver that wins the tournament gets to keep all the vehicles. 10. Numbers will be assigned to you, so please don't add any numbers to your vehicle until they are assigned. See the forum on this site for number assignments. This is so we don't get any double ups or potential issues with points attribution - see this forum post to get your numbers https://www.chaoscanyon.online/forum/general-discussions/dirs-2021-car-team-number-assignments 11. Only one entry per household, so one person doesn't take over the whole field Race Rules: 1. Four cars to race at a time with points for placing each race as follows a. 1st place 5 points b. 2nd place 3 points c. 3rd place 2 points d. 4th place 1 point e. DNF 0 points 2. Points will accumulate across the entire season 3. Each car starts in each position, so four races per group of four cars, this ensures there is no bias to inside lane, front row/back row etc and should make the results more realistic based on vehicle performance 4. It doesn’t matter if a vehicle ends a lap off track, upside down etc. It is reset for the next race 5. The list of all cars will be mixed up at each track, so that no car/driver gets stuck with the same cars every track. Points will accumulate over the whole series. By the time we get to the end, we should have clear winners for the first three positions, however in the case of a draw, CC will run head to head races to determine the final winner
